Coaching is about providing feedback to leaders and executives to reach their personal best in the organization. Internal HR coaches typically need to address behavior change to achieve that goal. These can be difficult conversations.

Cindy Risetter Meding will lead us in a discussion on becoming more effective on handling difficult conversations, discover hidden landmines and understand key elements to a successful conversation where a difficult situation needs to be discussed. Learning objectives include:

About the Speaker:

Cindy Risetter Meding has been increasing the effectiveness of leaders and organizations for over 20 years. In her experience, she has yet to have someone say, "I love conflict. No one likes it. Yet, we all face it at different times. Avoiding a difficult conversation doesn't make the problem go away. In fact, the problem at best stays the same. At worst, it gets bigger. The impact within the organization is high when problems are not addressed.

CIndy brings 20+ years of executive coaching and management consulting to business leaders who are looking to grow themselves, their teams and their organizations. Finding the drivers to success has been her passion and life's work.

Cindy is the President and Founder of Executive Strategies Group. Her clients appreciate her ability to identify their roadblocks, provide insights, develop strategies, hold them accountable and support the changes they want and need to grow.

Her expertise is in leadership and organizational development, talent strategies, EQ, conflict management and communication. Cindy graduated from Trinity University, San Antonio, TX with a BS in Business Administration, Minor in Marketing and a BS Inter-American Studies with a Spanish minor. Cindy has earned her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) from the National Association of Personnel Services.
